Agreement to these terms
By using Scrima, including the website, public stats pages, Discord bot, PUBG-related import tools and any related features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Scrima.
- If you use Scrima on behalf of a Discord community, team, organizer or company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
- Community admins are responsible for making sure their own server rules and local requirements are compatible with Scrima.
About Scrima
Scrima is a platform for managing PUBG scrims, teams, matches, results, leaderboards and statistics.
- The service helps admins organize scrims and allows players, teams and viewers to follow match history, performance and standings.
- Scrima may connect with Discord for commands, admin workflows, role checks, registration and notifications.
- Scrima may connect with Steam through Steam OpenID so a Scrima account can be linked to a Steam profile chosen by the user.
- Scrima may use PUBG API and telemetry data for player lookup, match imports, result tracking, replay views and statistics.
Unofficial service
Scrima is an unofficial community stats and scrim operations tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS, PUBG Corporation, KRAFTON, Steam, Valve Corporation, Discord or their affiliates.
Accounts and Discord communities
Scrima is designed around Discord communities. A Discord server may act as a tenant or community with its own settings, roles, channels, scrims, teams and results.
- Community-specific settings should be stored per Discord guild, not treated as global production settings.
- Admins are responsible for configuring roles, channels, ticket categories, lobby channels, results channels and audit logs correctly.
- Players and teams are responsible for keeping their Discord registration and PUBG account linking accurate.
- Do not impersonate another player, team, admin, organizer or Discord community.
Connected identity
A Scrima profile can link email login, Discord, Steam and PUBG identity so the same person can manage their profile, teams and saved player context.
- Discord linking may store Discord user ID, display name, avatar, verified email if Discord provides it, guild IDs, role checks, channel IDs and command or admin audit context.
- Steam linking uses Steam OpenID. Scrima may store SteamID64, Steam display name, avatar and public profile URL. Scrima never asks for or stores a Steam password.
- PUBG linking may store PUBG account ID, IGN, platform shard, match IDs, custom lobby sessions, telemetry-derived results and calculated performance scores.
- A linked Steam profile is intended to be stable for that Scrima account. Do not link a profile you do not control.
- You are responsible for keeping linked accounts secure and for unlinking or requesting deletion if a linked identity should no longer be used.
Scrim operations and publishing
Scrima is built so admins can import PUBG matches, review them, link them to Discord teams and publish confirmed results.
- Public pages should only render confirmed and published results.
- Imported matches, unapproved lobbies and admin-only review data should remain private until an organizer publishes them.
- Admins are responsible for confirming that the right PUBG lobby, match, team links and roster context are used before publishing.
- A published result can be corrected if the organizer finds an import, scoring or linking issue.
- Team names and rosters should prefer registered Discord team data when available.
- PUBG slot names may appear when no registered team link exists.
API use, rate limits and caching
Scrima integrations must follow the applicable Discord, Steam and PUBG API documentation, developer terms, policies, usage limits and security requirements.
- Discord and PUBG API credentials, bot tokens, client secrets and API keys must be kept server-side and must not be embedded in public client code or open source files.
- PUBG API requests should respect rate limits, cache reusable match or telemetry responses where reasonable and avoid repeatedly fetching unchanged data.
- Scrima must not bypass, scrape around, overload or interfere with third-party API limits, security controls or monitoring.
- If a provider asks Scrima to update, remove or delete API data, Scrima should comply where required by the provider rules and applicable law.
- If integration access is suspended or terminated, Scrima may have to stop using that API and delete cached or stored provider data as required by the provider terms.
Public stats and leaderboards
Public pages are provided so players, teams, organizers and viewers can follow confirmed scrim results and community leaderboard data.
- You may view and share links to public Scrima pages.
- You may not misrepresent Scrima stats as official PUBG rankings.
- You may not use public stats to harass, threaten, dox or target players, organizers or teams.
- You may not scrape, overload, resell or republish Scrima data in a way that harms the service or misleads users.
- Performance scores, replay views and derived statistics may be adjusted as the product improves.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Scrima in a way that protects the service, the community and other users.
- Use Scrima only for lawful community, tournament, scrim and statistics purposes.
- Keep account, admin and integration credentials secure.
- Report suspected bugs, data leaks or security issues responsibly.
- Respect Discord, PUBG, KRAFTON, Steam, Valve and community rules that apply to your use.
- Do not intentionally publish false results, fake rosters, misleading lobbies or manipulated statistics.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse Scrima, its data or its integrations.
- Do not attempt to bypass admin-only areas, expose unpublished imports or access another community's data.
- Do not abuse the Discord bot, spam commands, harass users or interfere with Discord servers.
- Do not use Scrima to facilitate cheating, account selling, match fixing, gambling spam, malware, phishing or credential theft.
- Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt Scrima infrastructure.
- Do not upload or configure content that infringes rights or creates trademark confusion with PUBG, KRAFTON, Discord, Steam or Valve.
Accuracy and availability
Stats depend on PUBG API data, telemetry availability, Discord registration data, organizer review and Scrima processing logic.
- Scrima should be treated as a best-effort community stats tool, not an official PUBG record.
- PUBG API outages, rate limits, missing telemetry or third-party service issues can affect imports.
- Old pages may change if a result is corrected, a team link is fixed or scoring logic is improved.
- Live map, replay and zone features can be approximate until all telemetry is imported and validated.
- Scrima may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting issues, deployments or provider outages.
Third-party services
Scrima uses third-party services to provide core functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and developer rules.
- Discord may process data for server, command, role, channel and notification workflows.
- Steam may process login and profile-linking requests when a user chooses Steam sign-in or account linking.
- PUBG API and telemetry data may be used to retrieve player, match and statistics information.
- Hosting, database, logging, analytics or security providers may be used to operate Scrima.
- Misuse of Discord, Steam or PUBG APIs may result in loss of integration access.
Intellectual property and assets
Scrima's own design, code, text, branding and platform features belong to Scrima or its operator unless otherwise stated.
- PUBG, PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and related logos or assets belong to their respective owners.
- Discord, Steam, Valve and related marks belong to their respective owners.
- Use of PUBG API resources does not imply endorsement by PUBG, KRAFTON or related entities.
- PUBG API data and assets may be used only to operate Scrima features and explain match context. They may not be sold, licensed, redistributed or offered as standalone data or asset downloads.
- Steam data and brand elements may be used only as allowed by Valve's terms and may not suggest a relationship with Valve beyond the implemented Steam integration.
- Discord brand features may be used only for required attribution or incidental integration context and may not suggest Discord sponsorship or endorsement.
- Community-provided team names, logos or content should only be used by people who have the right to provide them.
Privacy and public visibility
Scrima may process Discord, PUBG, technical and community data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Some data, such as team names, player aliases, PUBG usernames, match results and leaderboard rankings, may be visible publicly after publication.
- Do not use Scrima with usernames, aliases or team names that contain personal information you do not want to be public.
- Unpublished imports, admin-only review data and secrets should not be displayed publicly.
Payments and paid features
If Scrima offers paid features in the future, payment terms will be shown before purchase or subscription.
- Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers.
- Scrima should not store full credit card details unless explicitly stated.
- Plans, prices, limits, renewals, cancellations and refunds should be described before paid launch.
- Premium features must not make access to PUBG API data exclusive where PUBG rules prohibit exclusive paid access to features based wholly or partly on PUBG API data.
- Paid features should focus on private workflows, organization tools, saved context, admin automation, notes or presentation layers that do not resell third-party API data.
Suspension and termination
Scrima may limit, suspend or remove access where necessary to protect the service, users or communities.
- Access may be limited for abuse, security risk, cheating-related misuse, harassment, spam or violation of these terms.
- Discord communities may remove the bot or revoke permissions at any time.
- Scrima may remove integrations or features if required by Discord, PUBG/KRAFTON, hosting providers or law.
Disclaimers and liability
Scrima is provided as a community tool on a best-effort basis.
- Scrima does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, complete telemetry or error-free statistics.
- Scrima is not responsible for decisions made by tournament organizers, Discord admins, players or teams based on public stats.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrima's liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Changes to the service or terms
Scrima may update the service and these terms from time to time.
- The latest version should be available on the Scrima website.
- Continued use of Scrima after changes means you accept the updated terms.
- Material changes should be communicated where practical, especially for paid or admin-facing features.
Contact and legal review
For questions about these terms, use the Scrima contact page or contact the Discord community admins responsible for the relevant scrim.
- These terms are written as a practical launch draft and should be legally reviewed before public commercial launch.
- Before publication, the operator should add legal entity details, contact email, governing law, dispute language and any community-specific rules.
- The terms should be updated if Scrima adds payments, analytics, newsletters, new processors or new categories of user data.
