Primary support channel

Scrima is operated through Discord communities. For live lobby questions, team linking, player visibility or result corrections, contact the admins in the Discord server that created the scrim.

  • Use the Discord server that ran the lobby whenever possible.
  • Do not send private admin notes, tokens or API keys through public support channels.
  • If the scrim has multiple organizers, use the organizer that published the results.

Result correction requests

A good correction request should make it easy for an admin to reproduce the issue from the published page and the imported PUBG match.

  • Scrim name and date.
  • Match number and map.
  • PUBG player name or account ID.
  • Team name, tag and Discord registration context if relevant.
  • What looks wrong, and what you expected to see.

Player and team visibility

Public pages are meant to show confirmed and published scrim results. If a player profile, Discord link or team roster should not be public, the organizer should review the Discord registration and publication settings.

  • Unpublished imports should remain admin-only.
  • Discord status or links should only be public when the community intends them to be public.
  • Team names should come from registered Discord team data when available, not only PUBG slots.

Platform feedback

Feature requests are easiest to act on when they include a concrete example from the public stats UI.

  • For leaderboard issues, include the sorting mode and tab.
  • For map replay issues, include match ID, timestamp and what looked wrong.
  • For stats requests, name the exact PUBG API or telemetry field if you know it.
